It’s coming back, lads.
Not the the sun ever really went away, but it got a bit milder over the past week or so.
However, apparently the heatwave is back and tbh, we’re delighted.
It won’t be as warm as it was at the beginning of the month, but temperatures are going to reach up to 22 degrees today.
Met Éireann said: “Today will be dry with good sunny spells at first but cloud will gradually thicken from the west with patchy rain or drizzle affecting parts of the west and northwest by evening.”
We can deal with some drizzle, right?

“Top temperatures will range from 17 to 22 degrees, warmest in the south and east. Winds will be mostly light west to southwesterly but moderate along Atlantic coasts or in afternoon sea breezes.”
The National Outlook is: “Mostly dry day on Saturday but becoming very warm and humid on Sunday and Monday followed by fresher conditions with scattered showers on Tuesday and Wednesday.”
Yep, we’re happy with that.
