It'll also become very windy in Atlantic coastal areas, with strong gale force southerly winds veering towards the southwest of the country.
Temperatures will hit highs of 19 degrees but there will be strong winds happening over night into Monday with further showers, most of them in Connacht, west Ulster and west Munster. It'll be "mainly dry elsewhere" with Monday bringing some bright and sunny spells with scattered showers through the day.
The good news is that if you are attending Forbidden Fruit or simply happen to be hanging out in the east of the country, the weather isn't supposed to be that bad.
Temperatures will reach as high as 19 degrees with scattered showers throughout the day and night. It'll be mainly dry leading up to the evening time but then the rain will resume on Monday, widespread and heavy.
