"Brightening up in the west later. Rain or drizzle will affect the east and southeast this afternoon and evening. Highest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees with moderate southerly breezes." While tonight, we'll see: "Rain and drizzle in the east will clear early tonight. Most places will be dry with clear spells. There'll be some showers along the west coast. It will be cold with lowest temperatures of -2 to +3 degrees, coldest in the midlands and east with a sharp frost and some icy patches. Some fog patches will develop also."This morning will be dry in the E & S with some sunny breaks. Showery rain in the W & N will spread slowly eastwards today.
