So, the weather is actually very stunning at the moment – and not to jinx it, but it looks like the sun will be sticking around.
According to Met Eireann, today will be another warm humid day with highest temperatures of 22 to 26 degrees in southerly breezes. Good sunshine through the day but some cloudy periods also. Misty conditions may persist near the coast and temps will be lower.
Tonight will be a humid night that will be generally dry but with an increasing risk of an isolated thundery shower breaking out.
Tomorrow will still warm but generally cloudier and with a further risk of thundery showers through the day. Highs of 19 to 23 degrees in light breezes.
Very gorge.
And as for the rest of the week, leading into the weekend? All good things folks.
According to Met Eireann, Thursday will be generally cloudy with outbreaks of heavy thundery rain in places; the eastern half of the country will tend to be drier for longer. Still warm and humid with highs of 20 to 24 degrees in southerly winds.
Friday will become fresher as the winds switch to westerly and highs of 16 to 20 degrees. Good sunshine through the day but scattered showers will also occur.
Ah sure, we’ll take it!
The weekend will see the odd shower on Saturday but mainly dry with good spells of sunshine and highs of 17 to 21 degrees.
