In nine days, Donald Trump will officially replace Barack Obama as the President of United States.
Previously, Bruce Springsteen, Mary J.Blige and Beyoncé performed to celebrate Obama leading America but it hasn't been quite as easy to get people on board for Trump's big day.
Charlotte Church has turned down the opportunity, Rebecca Ferguson
also said no as she wasn't permitted to sing the song of her choice (Strange Fruit FYI) and now Moby has weighed in.
Taking to Instagram to tell his followers how he was asked to play at one of the planned inauguration balls, Moby explained exactly why he won't be attending.
Moby, or Richard Melville Hall to give his real name, wrote:
"Hahahahaha, I was just asked by a booking agent if I would consider djing at one of the inaugural balls for #trump... Hahahahaha, wait, Hahahaha, really? I guess I'd DJ at an inaugural ball if as payment #trump released his tax returns.
"Also I would probably play public enemy and stockhausen remixes to entertain the republicans. I'm still laughing. Hahahaha. So #trump what do you think, I DJ for you and you release your tax returns?"
Well said.
