It’s not good news, people.
MyTaxi has left customers disappointed after it announced it will not be taking bookings for some of the Christmas period.
On two of the busiest days of the season, December 24 and December 31, pre-booking will not be available.
The company made a statement earlier today, saying that it wants to avoid disappointment.
It said: “Christmas is the busiest time of year for taxis. Like you, lots of drivers will be spending quality time with their loved ones.”
The company urged customers to take note that it will also apply to business users.
In October, MyTaxi came under fire for announcing that it will charge a fee of €2 for pre-booking.
