According to met.ie: "Today will be largely dry with just an isolated shower this morning. The afternoon will brighten up with sunny spells developing. Highest temperatures 3 to 6 degrees in moderate to fresh northeast winds. "With clear skies and light variable winds temperatures will fall widely to minus 3 or minus 4 degrees tonight, locally to minus 5.
