The ride is said to have malfunctioned yesterday evening.
A man has died after a ride at the Ohio State Fair malfunctioned and reportedly sent people flying through the air.
The incident occurred around 7.20pm yesterday evening on the fair’s opening day.

The deceased is said to have died after the impact of hitting the ground more than 50 feet away.
Five other people are in critical condition after the incident on the Fire Ball. Two others were also injured, but are now in a stable condition.
