An eight-year-old girl has been killed after a car crashed through a busy pizzeria in a town near Paris tonight.
The incident is said to have left at least five others seriously injured at the restaurant in Seine-et-Marne.

It is reported that the driver waited outside the restaurant in a BMW before crashing into the front terrace.
According to local reports, the suspect has been arrested.
French news outlets also say the driver deliberately drove into the building.
Anti-terrorist officers also reportedly arrived at the scene shortly after the incident, however, the public prosecutor’s office in the area told Sky News that it has “apparently no connection with a terrorist act”.
