
Palestine will be represented at this year's Miss Universe
For the first time ever, Palestine will be represented at Miss Universe.
Nadeen Ayoub is the first-ever Miss Universe Palestine to take the global stage and promises to be "the voice of a people who refuse to be silenced."
In her announcement, Ayoub says she will "represent every Palestinian woman and child whose strength the world needs to see."
"We are more than our suffering—we are resilience, hope, and the heartbeat of a homeland that lives on through us "
Elle Arabia have described Miss Universe Palestine as "an advocate for women, sustainability, and Palestinian identity," adding that Ayoub "will carry her nation’s pride and voice to the world."
The reaction to Miss Universe Palestine has been incredible, with many people sending support to Nadeen Ayoub.
One wrote, "So Proud! A winner in our hearts already! Goodluck Queen."
Another added, "As a former Miss Mauritius I truly pray you win, sis. The world needs it, we need it, and above all, Palestine needs it."

Miss Universe will take place on November 21st in Thailand.
