Two men are on the run after opening fire at a restaurant in the Bastille district of Paris, according to French media reports.
It is reported that one man has been arrested but two others managed to flee after the attack which left at least one man wounded.
It is understood that the shooting took place outside restaurant “Chez Papa” on a major boulevard in the east of the French capital.

It is believed that the attack was not terror-related, but was sparked by an argument between two men which escalated.
