A man in his 40s has died in Kerry, after being struck by a van.
The crash happened at around 8.15pm last night, in Causeway, Co Kerry.
The driver of the van was uninjured in the collision.
The body of the deceased was brought to University Hospital Kerry where a post-mortem examination will be carried out.
The scene has been preserved for examination by the Garda forensic collision investigators.
