Trump’s road to the White House hasn’t been without potholes.
The former reality TV star and hotel tycoon is merely hours away from becoming the most powerful politician in the world. In preparation, he’s taken to Twitter to share an image of him writing his speech.
There are more than a few problems with the photo but people are in convulsions with one small detail.
Here’s the picture as Trump tweeted it.

Notice the problem?
Well firstly, the page is obviously blank and untouched.
But more hilariously, in lieu of a pen, Trump is clutching a sharpie.
Yes, the future president of America is sitting down to write his speech with a felt tip marker.
Naturally, this has provoked a barrage of jokes.

The location of the picture is another hilarious fail.
The future president said he was writing from his resort Mar-a-Lago. The problem is, he doesn’t actually have a desk there so contrary to what he would have you believe, he is not in an office but rather, at the reception desk. The distinct tiles in the background give the game away and Twitter users wasted no time in pointing it out.
