UPDATE: Thursday 8th May 15:40 Clare man Donal O'Sullivan, who was found five days after he was reported missing, has been in surgery and is said to be in a critical condition.
Yesterday it was reported that the 33-year-old was found in the stairwell of a shopping centre near to where he was last seen and had been taken to St Vincent’s Hospital for treatment for a broken arm and dehydration.
According to the Irish Echo today, O' Sullivan is currently in intensive care at the Sydney hospital following two brain surgery operations.
Police in the city, as well as his friends and family, launched a search for O'Sullivan after he went missing in the Bondi Junction area on Saturday morning.
Circumstances surrounding the incident in the East Tower in Bondi Junction are unknown. O'Sullivan was discovered by the manager of the tower’s cleaning company.
