From the 18th of August, the East Link Toll Bridge will cost as low as €1.40 for cars.
According to The Journal, Dublin City Council confirmed the news saying they were pleased to announce the reduction.
It's being reduced from the current price of €1.75 following the decision to exclude VAT from toll bridge prices.
All other types of vehicles will see a drop in price too with vans and buses lowering from €2.60 to €2.10. Two axle vehicles will now cost €2.85, three axle vehicles will cost €3.50 and four axle types will cost €4.25.
Unfortunately, the reduction won't be rolled out to other tolls such as the M50 or Port Tunnel.
