Kensington Palace also tweeted the first picture of the newborn Prince with his proud parents. The picture was posted just moments ago with the adorable caption, "Welcome to the family." "Their Royal Highnesses would like to thank all staff at the hospital for the care and treatment they have received," read a statement released by Kensington Palace on Twitter.
