Saturday’s winning €2.7 million lotto jackpot ticket was sold in Carlow – so if you were around there and you happened to purchase a ticket, best check those digits, yeah?
The nearly three million euro jackpot was won last night, alongside another two considerable large wins from Cork and Tipperary.
The winning numbers of the €2.7 million jackpot were: 14, 20, 24, 38, 41, 45 and the bonus number was 3.
Players who purchased a ticket in Carlow have been urged to check their numbers, lest they miss out on claiming the really quite decent prize.
“Last night’s Lotto draws produced a massive 92,000 winners including these three huge winners in Carlow, Cork and Tipperary,” a National Lottery spokesperson said.
“We are now appealing for all Lotto players to check their tickets carefully to see if they have won a prize.
“With a Lotto jackpot win of this amount, it is important that we inform the winning retailer and of course to give the winning ticket holder the time and space they need to let this truly life-changing win to sink in.”
