The game has launched for iPhone and iPad with plans for it to launch for androids in 2017.
News of the app has arrived with drawbacks however as you have to pay to unlock the whole game.
According to EuroGamer, the game has already beaten Pokemon Go's record of 5.6 million downloads so we're likely to think that Super Mario Run is going to be a resounding success.
Gamers took to Twitter to give their thoughts on the new app.
