According to The Irish Mirror, Gert was 450 miles west of Bermuda on Tuesday morning and is now on its way to Ireland but due to the low pressure as it crosses the ocean it won't be as bad when it hits us. Met Eireann has said that Saturday will start out dry but rain will affect the southwest in the evening. Sunday will be overcast with outbreaks of rain.
