Highest temperatures are between 10 and 13 degrees but it won't be until Saturday that we start to feel the cold a lot more.
The national forecaster said: "Saturday will start rather cloudy but dry in most areas.
"A band of rain will move southeastwards across the country during the morning and afternoon followed by clearer colder conditions with a few scattered showers.
"Moderate westerly winds will veer northwest during the day and increase fresh and blustery. Highest temperatures of 9 to 11 degrees but turning colder later in the day."
That night will see temperatures as low as two degrees, with showers hitting the north and west coasts.
On Sunday, it's another cold and blustery day with showers mainly in coastal regions in the north and west, with some turning to hail.
Daytime temperatures on Sunday will reach as high as nine degrees, but will drop to as low as -1 degrees overnight, but winds will become lighter.
