According to Independent UK, there's a number of items that should be removed from your profile in order to keep it as private as possible.
Birthday
The publication points out that your date of birth is 'part of an important puzzle' and it has the potential to help hackers uncover other details, worst case scenario, your bank account. Considering this, it's probably the most pressing thing to delete which will be difficult for those who love a good birthday photo collage...
Name of School/College
You might have entered this information previously and thought nothing of it but this is another thing you might want to consider deleting, in order to keep your profile extra private.
Where you're going on holiday
There's a possibility that people who post about their holiday plans on social media and are subsequently unlucky enough to get burgled while on holiday may not have their insurance claims accepted.
With the above in mind, it might be worth having a quick look at your account to make sure you're up to speed on all the latest privacy settings and the steps you can take to keep your details safe.
