BREAKING: Third Brussels Attack Suspect Arrested

UPDATE: The third suspect, Najim Laachraoui, has reportedly been arrested in Brussels. The Telegraph reports that he was arrested by special forces operatives in the southwestern suburb of Anderlecht.

Two of the bombers responsible for yesterday’s Terror Attacks on Brussels been identified by Belgian media as brothers Khalid and Brahim el-Bakraoui.

RTBF broadcaster said the pair were known to police and that information about a third man pictured caught on CCTV footage with the brothers is still being sought

It has been reported that 34 people have died and a further 250 have been left injured after the twin explosions occurred at the airport and a third explosion occurred at a metro station.

RTBF further reports a link to the brothers and Salah Abdeslam, the main suspect in the Paris terror attacks of 13 November.

It is reported that Khalid el-Bakraoui used a false name to rent the flat in the Forest area of the Belgian capital where a raid occurred last week. During the raid police killed a gunman and discovered the fingerprint of Abdeslam, leading to his arrest.

Belgium is observing three days of national mourning.
