Gardaí have issued an appeal after a young boy went missing in Dún Laoghaire on Sunday afternoon.
Richard Roche is aged 5 years and was last seen at around 3pm in the People’s Park, Dun Laoghaire.

Anyone who spots the child or has any relevant information is being asked to call 999.
“Richard has brown hair and brown eyes, small in height and of slim build,” a statement read. “When he was last seen he was wearing a blue t-shirt, denim shorts and red/silver Power Rangers runners.”

“It is not believed at this stage that Richard has been abducted but Gardaí are trying to locate him.”
Earlier, his desperately worried father had shared a recent video of Richard; at 7pm he had also heartbreakingly posted: “Still nothing.”
