Fans quickly shared birthday messages with the little one on social media, with one fan saying: “Happy birthday, Harper. You are a very special little girl.” Victoria also updated fans on Instagram live, with several pictures showing the family getting crafty as they decorated cookies.
In another post, Victoria showed a chilld-out dad relaxing with a drink at a table full of yummy snacks.
“Summer birthday parties. Happy Birthday, baby girl!” read the caption.
