Dublin traffic on a Friday afternoon in the rain can be pretty bleak, however if this video is anything to go by, yesterday it seemed pretty beak.
One driver couldn't understand the hold up, and was pheasantly surprised to see a Gardaí standoff with a brazen bird.
The Garda was kindly attempting to ensure the safety of the bird by directing traffic around it, but it seems he'd ruffled a few feathers in the process.
We're not sure if the Garda in question has much experience with birds, but one thing is for certain, he doesn't seem to need a wing man.
