The Cork woman is a property portfolio developer and illustrator who works in the London rental market. Building on from the home hacks that she shares on her Instagram account, she's written a guidebook to repair, décor and 'She-IY'. It's funny and straight-talking – and perhaps the most useful book you'll ever buy.
To launch Gaff Goddess, we've teamed up with Laura for her first ever live event. On February 6, Her's Niamh Maher and Laura will be at Dublin's Smock Alley Theatre to talk about all things related to looking after your home. Laura will share her tips and tricks for home repairs and maintenance, as well as how to run an eco-friendly home.
Of course, having a home that works is about more than just fixing emergencies, and so Laura will also be providing advice on topics like zoning your spaces, clever storage and choosing the right decor (including how to hang a frame without ruining your wall!).
Tickets for the event cost €10, and are available to purchase here. There will be an opportunity to buy a copy of Gaff Goddess on the night, and Laura will also be signing copies of the book.
