The world unites in sad solidarity once more.
The world is still reeling this morning after devastating attacks in Zaventem Airport and the Maalbeek metro station Brussels saw at least 34 killed and dozens others injured.
Europe remains on high terrorist alert while the Irish Government released a statement today saying Ireland’s risk of attack is constantly being assessed.
Amidst the madness, people are once again finding ways to express their solidarity in such trying times.
There were powerful scenes this evening as the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa lit up in the Belgian colours.
