According to them, next weekend will be "Much cooler than of late with temperatures below normal. Windy at first, with occasional rain or hail showers. Cold at night, with some frost."
Carlow Weather has also warned of the dropping temperatures saying that there's going to be a "blast of cold air" headed our way Friday night.
Although forecasts such as these are likely to change as the week goes on, there's also a chance of some wintery showers following that blast.
Or, in other words, snow.
They said:
"The charts are continuing to show a blast of cold air from Friday into the bank holiday weekend with even a chance of some wintry showers on the mountains next weekend."Whatever the weather, make sure you're wrapping up at nighttime regardless because for most of the week, it's going to be pretty low out there.
