Excellent news.
I know it’s only Tuesday, but we’re already dreaming of the weekend.
Probably because it’s a Bank Holiday, so we have an extra day of sweet, sweet freedom.
And if you have any fabulous plans, you’re probably already worrying about the weather.
So we did some research, and discovered that we’re in for a very pleasant Bank Holiday.
Can I get a HALLELUJAH?
According to Met Eireann, the weather will be nice from Thursday, and will continue to be nice through the long weekend.
“There will be occasional spells of rain on Thursday night and it will be a humid night with lowest temperatures of 13 or 14 degrees. Winds will decrease light overnight.”
“Friday will see further falls of rain, clearing eastwards through the day. Daytime temperatures will be 16 to 18 degrees and winds will be light to moderate southwesterly.”
Sure, it wouldn’t be Ireland without a little rain in fairness, but we’ll take it if it means the temperatures will be high.
Then, according to Accuweather, Saturday is set to be seriously divine.
Temperatures are set to reach 19 degrees on Saturday, with a small number of showers throughout the day.
Sunday won’t be particularly nice during the day, with quite a few showers, but they will clear.
And then, Monday will be glorious again, with temperatures reaching 18 degrees in the afternoon.
All in all, we have a lovely aul weekend ahead lads.
