A weather warning is in place for two provinces

Met Eireann has issued a weather warning for Munster and Leinster. They've said heavy rain is expected in those areas tonight and right throughout the day tomorrow, with 30 to 40mm of rain forecast. The warning, which is a status yellow, has been issued this afternoon and is active from midnight until 9pm on Wednesday. The warning on the website reads:

"Rainfall Warning for Munster and Leinster Heavy rain expected to move up from the south overnight, clearing later Wednesday. 30 to 40mm are expected, but larger totals are possible on high ground.
