“There is no excuse. There is no rationalization. There is nothing."The father of Greywind's baby, Ashton Matheny, told the judge that learning how his girlfriend died "tore me apart."
Before her death, Greywind had visited Crews and William Henry Hoehn in an apartment building in Fargo, North Dakota.
The court heard that Greywind and Crews argued before the pregnant woman was briefly knocked out. Crews then began cutting her and Greywind bled to death.
Crews and Hoehn told police that the pregnant women had been helping Crews with a "sewing project."
They were arrested and charged with Felony Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping.
Hoehn will stand trial in May.
He is pleading not guilty to all charges.
