“I feel awful. I can’t sleep.''

 “I feel awful. I can’t sleep.”

A young woman was kicked off a Spirit Airlines plane going from New Orleans to Florida and is claiming it was over her cleavage.

Brenda claims that she was first accused of being drunk and loud and when she denied that she was intoxicated a flight attendant raised the issue about her cleavage and told her to cover up.

“I feel awful. I can’t sleep. It is really affecting me actually,” Brenda told INSIDE edition.

“They mentioned my body was too exposed and it was obvious it was my breasts and said, ‘You need to cover up,’ the 21-year-old added.

”I feel if I was smaller or someone with a smaller breast size, there would have been no issue,”

Brenda, who chose to keep her second name private, also claims that Spirit airlines kicked her off to make room for airline employees.

Spirit have denied all claims stating: ”The woman’s cleavage played absolutely no role in her removal. The woman was removed because she was intoxicated and other passengers complained about her behaviour.”

One passenger who was on the flight at the time has said that the airline are ‘flat out lying’.

”The woman crying was not being loud or belligerent in the slightest. Most of the people sitting around us didn’t even know what was going on or why in the world the male flight attendant rushed to her seat to yell at her,” Erica Walkinhood said.
