Spirit have denied all claims stating: ''The woman’s cleavage played absolutely no role in her removal. The woman was removed because she was intoxicated and other passengers complained about her behaviour.'' One passenger who was on the flight at the time has said that the airline are 'flat out lying'.
''The woman crying was not being loud or belligerent in the slightest. Most of the people sitting around us didn't even know what was going on or why in the world the male flight attendant rushed to her seat to yell at her,'' Erica Walkinhood said.
