A woman is suing Katy Perry and a host of stage production companies for an accident that occurred backstage at Perry’s Prismatic world tour.

Christina Fish was working as a stagehand during the 2014 tour.

In her lawsuit, she claims that she was asked to move a wall backstage. The wall then got stuck and rolled across her foot.

TMZ reports that Fish felt her shoe fill up with blood, but that she was only offered ice for her injury.

A friend of Fish’s took her to the emergency room, but over time, the big toe on Fish’s right foot became gangrenous.

The toe eventually had to be amputated.

Fish is suing Perry, Live Nation, and other production companies for the accident. She says it caused her “great emotional distress” as she could not walk for months.

Fish was instructed by doctors to keep the “dead toe” on for as long as possible before it was amputated.
