An orange warning has also been issued for the rest of the country. All primary and second level schools will be closed Thursday and Friday, with third level institutions remaining closed for Thursday at least. Dublin Bus has also announced that they will not be running any services tomorrow. There will be limited Luas and DART services while Bus Éireann will not be serving Leinster and Munster tomorrow and Friday. Iarnród Éireann will stop all services from 2pm tomorrow. Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has said that the army is on standby if necessary.
