10 gorgeous homeware buys perfect if you are obsessed with Scandi chic decor

Putting THIS in the wash will make your cheap bedsheets feel like Egyptian linen

In Scandinavia, we are all about being “koselig” (cosy) at home, especially in the cold, dark winter months.

It is no wonder, then, that the average Scandi (myself included) is somewhat obsessed with interiors, and will literally change things up at home far more often than what you might consider normal.

In the weeks leading up to Christmas, as the days get shorter and temperatures start to creep below freezing, you’ll find most Scandinavians cosying up their homes with lots and lots of light – there is a reason those packs of 100 tea lights are one of Ikea’s best ever selling products, you know.

(And don’t even ask me just home many fairy light strings I own).

We add throws, sheepskin rugs and generally just lots of tactile textures that pretty much just invite you to come in, curl up and snuggle down for winter.

Right now, we have rounded up 10 of our current favourite buys for your home which are bound to get you in that Scandi winter spirit:
