We’ve compiled a list of the top struggles women are faced with when wearing the dreaded (yet still fashionable) bodysuit.
- The bathroom cubicle – To be honest, we could write a whole article about this all on its own but we’ll just run through the basics, this is a bloody nightmare. If you don’t have snappers you have to completely undress and sit on the toilet starkers. It’s not fun, then if you’re out with friends and they want to come in the bathroom cubicle (which is not okay by the way and we should all stop doing it) they will either witness a gruesome crotch grab or loads of boob.
- Wedgies – Self-explanatory enough… the wedgies are prolonged, incessant, and deep. Yep we’re going there, the problem with the bodysuit wedgies is that they come at you from all angles, enough said.
- VPL – The dreaded visible panty line, bodysuits are great when it comes to getting that streamlined look, unfortunately, the streamlined look doesn’t always translate to your arse. Tight jeans and bodysuits are a recipe for disaster.
- The ride-up – Do you remember that dreaded thong above the jean look? Yeah, we tried to block it from our memory as well, unfortunately, it happened and sometimes the bodysuits can mimic classic ride-up , if it’s the teeniest bit too tight the sides of the bodysuits can ride up and you basically look like the member of Destiny’s Child who got fired. Cool.
- Snapper problems – Three little buttons that can make or break your outfit. More often than not one of them is not working then the other two have to work EXTRA hard to make sure everything stays where it’s supposed to stay.via GIPHY
The funny thing about all these issues is that they are top of our concern pile at the very beginning of the day/night but by the end… we literally COULD NOT GIVE A F**K.
