These biker boots might be autumn’s biggest obsession

Ellen Fitzpatrick

Boots and autumn go together like two peas in a pod, or salt and pepper and now that the season is upon us, it’s time to showcase the best pair.

We’ve been forced to dress as if it’s autumn all summer as it is, so why not really go all out when the season actually does come around?

The new ‘it girl’ boot is of course a biker style, but it has a new and refreshed look. Dua Lipa, Rita Ora and Olivia Neill are already hopping on the trend – if it’s good enough for them, it’s good enough for us.

These boots are strong, bold and go with absolutely everything that’s in style these days. We’re talking mini dresses, maxi skirts, denim skirt and even wide leg jeans… there’s nothing they don’t go with.

These boots are nothing new, originating in the early naughties with the steampunk aesthetic, but ever since Miu Miu released their own take they’ve become a statement piece.

Of course, the designer alternative comes with a major price tag, but Vagabond’s Eyra boot is the best bet if you want this style without breaking the bank.

While they’re not the cheapest pair of shoes you’ll ever buy, they are definitely worth the €240 price tag when you consider longevity and quality.

The Swedish brand’s take on the shoe has been sold out almost immediately once they’re back in stock, and we can see why.

The perfect square toe, the ideal amount of balance on the height and the versatility that could last a lifetime – I think this could be the best boot trend yet.

Whether it’s a festival, a shopping trip, a night out or even just office-chic, there’s nowhere you can’t wear these shoes.

If you are looking for a cheaper alternative, we’ve got you covered there too.

Free People, Steve Madden, and Reformation each have brought out their own take on the show as well as Depop and eBay being scattered with them. Simply search Harley Davidson, Frye, and Sergio Rossi and you should be in luck.
