The Black polka dot mesh ruffle frill shirt dress is from River Island, and we’re obsessed with it.
It’s made from a crinkle chiffon fabric, and features a polka dot print and ruffle frill detailing.
What makes it perfect for the Christmas season is the fact that it has long sleeves – which will keep you warm in the chilly months.
The stunning little number also has a cheeky diamante button front fastening, adding that little bit of Christmas sparkle.

The dress is available from a size 6 to a size 18, which we’re actually delighted about.
On the River Island site, the dress is styled with black strappy platforms and a pair of sparkly earrings – such a cute look for Christmas.
However, we reckon you could dress this baby down with a pair of trainers, tights and a chic trench coat.
