The Brit Awards were in full swing last night at London’s 02 Arena with some questionable style hitting the red carpet.
Jessie J certainly made a statement but unfortunately it was for all the wrong reasons: a strange shade of lipstick made her look as though she had frostbite while that skin coloured jumpsuit didn’t leave much to the imagination.
Nicole Scherzinger stuck to black and while it wasn’t exactly a fashion fail, it could be described as a tad boring. With plenty of gold jewellery and matching stilettos, this was a safe look for Scherzy.
Rita Ora opted for a warm yellow which worked well on her skin tone, although the green jewels against such a bright shade could be viewed as overkill. The Radioactive singer posed alongside DJ boyfriend Calvin Harris who looked very dapper indeed in a sharp suit.
Yellow did not work for Myleene Klass however. We're not sure if it was supposed to but her fluorescent see-through dress showed off pretty much everything.
Another standout outfit from the night, for the right reasons thankfully, was Iggy Azalea who looked absolutely stunning in a floor-length red gown by Elie Saab.
Rudimental were sporting rather interesting attire on the red carpet, but top marks to these boys who are way too cool for school. The One Direction lads and Tinie Tempah also looked well on the night.
Sophie Ellis Bextor also decided on black as did Lily Allen who sported a floor-length sequinned number. Her two-tone ponytail was the talking point of her outfit although we’re not sure if it’s a look we will be copying any time soon.
Meanwhile the Minogue sisters kept it simple with two very similar LBDs but they do say 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it.'
Pixie Lott was angelic in a halterneck white dress and strappy sandals while Ellie Goulding went for a voluminous princess gown.
