Dundrum Town Centre launch virtual shopping experience during lockdown

Any virtual window shopping going..?

Dundrum Town Centre has launched a new “virtual shopping experience” while non-essential retailers remain shut over lockdown.

Harvey Nichols and Folkster are among the stores offering online personal shopping appointments to customers looking to shop amid Level 5 restrictions, with the latter introducing Zoom consultations for brides-to-be and bridal parties.

This adaptation, also including Hugo Boss, will allow customers to book an appointment with their store of choice, where a personal shopper or stylist will take them through the closed store for a browse.

Don Nugent, Centre Director at Dundrum, says: “We know that consumers are currently looking for new ways to shop and we’re delighted to see that our retailers are adapting and customising their offering to support that trend while adhering to the current guidelines.”

Although other stores in the centre will remain entirely closed for the time being, if you fancy yourself a boujie enough virtual browse with a personal shopper, you’re sorted.

Customers looking to book an appointment in Harvey Nichols can email [email protected], and those interested in Hugo Boss can call the store between 10am and 7pm on 01 216 9700.

Brides-to-be and bridesmaids hoping to book a virtual shopping experience in Folkster via Zoom can find out more here.
