This design is courtesy of Lebanese designer, Zuhair Murad, a man who can be credited with creating the dreamiest gowns in the world FYI.
Her look was topped off by glittering De Beers diamonds and of course, as she works closely with L'Oreal', she wore their Cannes limited-edition shade of lipstick too.
It's rare enough that the former Girls Aloud star makes an appearance on the red carpet so of course, all eyes were on her last night.
Earlier in the day, the 34-year-old arrived at Hotel Martinez in another stylish ensemble although this one was more of a casual look.
Jeans, sunnies, red boots and a striped full-length dress made for an eye-catching look and we're seriously hoping this means Cheryl is well and truly back in the public eye.
