Acccording to The Mirror, they were given a private tour of the museum dedicated to Gandhi by the director, Mr Dipanker Shri Gyan.
Speaking afterwards, Mr Gyan mentioned that Kate and William described Gandhi as a "visionary leader" and they were taken aback by how frugally he lived.
The royal tour continues for the rest of the week and as always, we're sure Kate's wardrobe will be the source of much conversation.
