It's definitely the time for transitional dressing.
The talk of the office over the past few days has been transitional dressing. While it has definitely turned cooler and we've stored all of our summer wardrobe away (boo), we still find ourselves freezing outside and then boiling once we sit down on our office chairs.
It can be difficult to choose an outfit when you're going from hot to cold, never mind going from the office to the bar.
However, if you have after-work drinks coming up and are debating what to wear then we suggest you take a look at this pinafore dress from Penneys.
What we love about it is that it's so versatile. Just like the Penneys Instagram page, you can pop a sweater on underneath for those particularly chilly days. It would also look fab with a printed t-shirt and ankle boots for a casual-yet-cool outfit.
However, if we were to style it up, we'd throw on a woolly knit beneath and pair the look with some thigh-high suede boots.
