A huge trend for 2018.

As we've said before, they won't be for everyone but think of white shoes as your new black or nude shoes - seriously versatile but just that bit more up to date. They're the perfect shoes to pick up right now - what could be more spring time appropriate than fresh-looking footwear? White ankle boots in particular have been all over Instagram and Pinterest lately and we've been on the hunt for an affordable pair. Thankfully, Penneys is looking after us Irish gals with its latest footwear drop. The brand took to Instagram last night to share an image of an outfit that's coming to stores soon, featuring a red floral top, distressed kick-flare black jeans and the white ankle boots of our dreams. They're just what we've been looking for - clean and simple with a bit of a heel, making them the perfect day-to-night shoe to go with jeans, leather trousers, a skirt or a dress. They're also an absolute steal at €19. While the rest of the outfit pictured will be available in a number of countries soon, the boots are coming exclusively to Irish Penneys stores and something tells us they won't hang around for long.
