The midi skirt has been one of our favourite transitional pieces over the last few weeks. They're stylish, super flattering and also a great alternative when we're absolutely sick to death of wearing tights (which also makes them the perfect piece during this time of year, really - especially given the kind of weather we've been having lately). The latest one to catch our eye? This gorgeous tulle one from Bershka - which looks way more expensive than its €20 price tag, and comes in five different colours. Yes, that's right: there's a pink, lilac, aqua, black and polka dot version. The pastel hues would definitely be the perfect buy-now-and-wear-later pieces for next spring and summer, unless you're looking to add a bit of colour into your autumn wardrobe. But we have particularly fallen in love with the polka dot version - which we're going to be snapping up as soon as we leave work today. We love the idea of pairing the polka dot one with a white tee, biker-style jacket, ankle boots and a bold, red lip. Or maybe pairing the pastel coloured ones with a cami and neutral-coloured jumper - like maybe a grey or a cream - and heels, for a desk-to-drinks look. Plus, you could never really go wrong with a classic black skirt, could you? Either way, we know this is going to be one of those pieces that we reach for again and again.
