We never really got a good run of hot weather this summer, to the disappointment of many (me). While it might have stayed warm for a week or so, the next week we'd be looking at rain and cooler temperatures.
We won't complain because it hasn't been all bad - and we're actually looking forward to a bit of autumn weather heading our way.
As you know, it can be difficult to dress when the weather is changing. You might want to wear your winter woollies as a little breeze hits back but then you end up roasting on your walk to work.
