The engagement ring style you’re going to see everywhere in 2019

Dreamy.

Whether getting married is on the horizon for you or you just like looking at sparkly things, there’s no denying the major interest in engagement rings.

Just like fashion, ring styles and shapes tend to change a lot and some tend to be more popular than others.

Although gold, three-stone rings became more popular this year thanks in part to Meghan Markle’s style of ring, that’s all set to change for 2019.

We had to reach out to the experts for this info and jeweller James Allen knows exactly what’s up when it comes to changing engagement ring trends.

There are three types you might see a lot more of next year – Baguette, Double Bands and EastWest.

Baguette

Baguette diamonds often feature step-cut, rectangular jewels- similar to emerald cut diamonds.

East/West Rings

With this setting the stone sits horizontally on the band and you may have spotted it on Catherine Zeta Jones and Kate Beckinsale.

Double Bands

Any stone can fit within the double band, from square to oval, and it will appeal to any gal who likes a little bit of extra bling.
