If in doubt, we say resort to the tried and tested skinny jeans and flattering top combo. You can dress them up with knockout jewels and heels or dress them down if you’re just going for a casual drink.

Plus if you take a roomy enough bag, you can even squeeze in an extra pair of shoes. Maximum impact with minimum effort!
