Forget X Factor – This Hollywood Starlet Is Hoping To Take Christmas Number One

She’s kind of become more famous for her outfit choices rather than her films (can anyone name the last thing she was in?) so we’re delighted to see the super stylish Kate Bosworth back on form and showing off her acting and singing credentials for her latest starring role for Topshop.

But what has Topshop and Kate Bosworth got to do with Christmas number one?

The high street giant are known for their interactive online endeavours and has just unveiled its first ever interactive digital Christmas campaign which see’s the Hollywood starlet singing the Christmas classic Winter Wonderland. Kate looks amazing in a suitably sultry 40s inspired Topshop sequinned dress and shoes and the star is hoping to make it to the top spot.

Speaking about her part, Kate says “This project brings together two important aspects of my life: cinema and fashion. I have always been a fan of the Topshop brand and it has been an honour to work with Sir Phillip and the team. I hope everyone enjoys watching it as much as we did making it.”

And while the star reportedly had a hand in designing the twinkly Topshop creation it wasn’t just the song, styling or involvement with Toppers that had Kate convinced – her hubby, critically acclaimed director Michael Polish directed the short film.
