There's something about Cameron... The actress has bought an undisclosed stake in the New York fashion label Pour La Victoire, where she will fill the role of artistic director.
"I don't do endorsements really. This is completely different," Diaz said in an interview with WWD.
“Being influential in a brand and in its advertising campaigns interests me. I love fashion. It’s a large part of my life. What I wear is looked at. It influences what other people wear because that’s just the world we live in.”

Diaz will inject her own style and personal touch in to the contemporary brand that specialise in footwear and fashion accessories.
"I live in heels 10 hours of the day. I know comfort in shoes," she said.
"There are some shoes you would die to wear but they are painful. When I was younger, it was a fight to the death with my shoes and who was going to win. I want to have really great, functional shoes that are staples of the line."
The leggy blonde promises to bring 'fun' to the brand's future collections.
Cameron Diaz joins the long list of actresses who have turned their hand to fashion, some of which failed at it miserably…
“I can’t speak about anyone else’s work ethic… I know how I work and I know when something is important to me. I’ll try my best and hope for the best. Not everyone succeeds or fails all the time. All I can do is engage with it.”
Taking up position as Creative Director the 40-year-old star will oversee the brand’s shoe and handbag collections and according to PLV’s CEO, Chris Nakastani, the actress’ influence will be 'subliminal and subtle.'
Pour La Victoire is currently only stocked in top boutiques around the world and will be exclusively available in Arnotts, Dublin from September.
